She is a Feminine Facilitator, author, healer, and speaker with an MA in Intercultural Communications. She has lived on three continents, traveled to forty-plus countries, and brought all of it back to one question: What does a fully realized woman actually feel like — from the inside?

The First Pour is her answer. Not a lecture. Not a program. A table. Because the most transformative conversations she has ever witnessed happened over food, with women who felt safe enough to tell the truth.
